If you would like to access ShowWorks beyond the 14-day trial, you can do so through purchasing a plan. You may qualify for non-profit discount or our early stage start up plan.

ShowWorks Team Suite Pro costs £19 per user per month when billed annually and £29 per user per month when billed monthly. The price of ShowWorks Team Suite Business is £39 per user per month when billed annually and £49 when billed monthly.

You can purchase ShowWorks with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 20 users, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

You’ll be able to add or remove teammates at any time, even before changing your subscription. Once you have updated the people in your team, we ask that you correct your subscription to match your current usage (we’ll remind you if you are over your seat limit). When you update your subscription, the change will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge or credit will be applied to your account.

Yes. As of February 2019, we will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.

You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type and adding and removing users (Note that post the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades). To change your plan, simply go into the Admin section and click on the Billing option. From there, click on ‘change plan’, pick the desired plan, and enjoy!

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

Yes, on-premise is available for purchase. Be sure to let the team know and you will be provided on-premise during the onboarding process. System requirements can be provided by the team.
